Artwork Requirements:

1. Please provide the proper media and all necessary files. Make sure you include any photographs, slides or transparencies. Our scanning equipment is set up to scan any size up to 8"x10".
   However, larger images will have to be converted into transparency format. We can do that for you for a nominal fee. Our equipment does no support negatives, but we can also have them developed for a small fee.
2. We strongly suggest that you send us a color layout of your design. If you e-mail your art, please fax us a layout. Supporting elements such as camera ready art, PMS colors, layouts, etc., assist us in processing your order quickly and accurately.
3. If you supply us with a pre-scanned file, please make certain the resolution is high enough. Usually, a scanned image of 30 or 40 megabytes will result in an excellent product.
4. Our systems are Macintosh based. However, we can accept PC based files. Please read on for specifics.

• Do the color combinations affect apparent size and readability?
• Are production issues clear?
• Does your printer know your exact needs?
• Is your art optimized for your printer's needs?
• Is the art suitable for extreme enlargement?
